Welcome to Foto Compa. By submitting a booking request, applying to become a Foto Compa, or using our website or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Service Description

Foto Compa is a curated Miami-based service that helps clients request someone nearby to capture casual phone photos and videos.

Foto Compa is not a traditional professional photography studio. The service is intended for simple phone content, including photos, videos, IG reels, TikToks, vlogs, travel shots, dating profile photos, lifestyle content, fitness/dance clips, nightlife content, and small business social media content.

Request-Based Booking

Foto Compa does not guarantee instant booking.

Clients submit a request first. Foto Compa manually reviews the request, checks availability, reviews location/safety details, and confirms whether a Foto Compa is available.

A booking is not confirmed until payment is received.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance to confirm a session.

Clients should not pay the Foto Compa directly unless Foto Compa specifically instructs otherwise in writing.

Refunds and Rescheduling

All sales are final.

Foto Compa does not offer cash refunds for client cancellations.

Clients may reschedule one time if they notify Foto Compa at least 2 hours before the scheduled session time.

No-show, late arrival, cancellation, or reschedule request with less than 2 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited.

If Foto Compa or the assigned Foto Compa is unavailable, cancels, or does not show up, Foto Compa may offer a replacement Foto Compa, a rescheduled session, credit, or another reasonable solution.

Safety

Foto Compa sessions are intended for safe, public, casual content capture.

Risky shots or unsafe conditions are outside standard service conditions. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Private apartments or hotel rooms
- Isolated locations
- Unsafe neighborhoods or areas
- Near or inside water
- Boats
- Balconies, rooftops, ledges, or elevated edges
- Traffic or dangerous streets
- Running, stunts, or fast movement
- Unsafe crowds or nightlife situations
- Any inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe request

Foto Compas may refuse or stop any session that feels unsafe, inappropriate, risky, illegal, or outside normal service conditions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate booking information, including name, contact information, date, time, location, number of people, and type of content requested.

Clients must behave respectfully and safely.

Clients are responsible for choosing a safe public meeting location.

Foto Compa Responsibilities

Foto Compas must behave respectfully, arrive on time, follow safety rules, and protect client privacy.

Foto Compas may not post, share, sell, save, or use client content without permission.

Phone and Equipment

Clients may choose to use their own phone or the Foto Compa’s phone when available.

If the client’s phone is used, the Foto Compa must handle it with reasonable care.

If the Foto Compa uses their own phone, files should be transferred to the client after the session and deleted after confirmation, unless the client gives permission otherwise.

Each party must handle phones and equipment responsibly. Risky conditions may increase the chance of device damage and may be refused.

Content Ownership

The client owns the photos and videos captured for the client during the session.

Foto Compas and Foto Compa may not use client content for marketing, portfolio, social media, or other purposes without permission.

Limitations

Foto Compa does not guarantee specific results, viral content, follower growth, dating results, sales, or business results.

Foto Compa is a casual phone content service and results may vary depending on location, lighting, weather, phone quality, timing, and client cooperation.
