When you submit a request or application, we may collect:

- Instagram handle, if provided
- Requested session date, time, and location
- Type of content requested
- Package selected
- Notes or special requests
- Payment confirmation information
- Foto Compa application information, if you apply to become a Foto Compa

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

- Review and respond to booking requests
- Check availability
- Match clients with available Foto Compas
- Send payment links and booking confirmations
- Communicate about your session
- Handle rescheduling, support, reviews, and safety issues
- Review Foto Compa applications
- Improve our service

Payments

Foto Compa may use third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Zelle, Venmo, or similar services. Payment information is processed by the payment provider. Foto Compa does not store full credit card details.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share only the necessary booking details with the assigned Foto Compa, such as your name, meeting location, session time, phone number, and session notes.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect safety, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or protect Foto Compa’s rights.

Client Content

Photos and videos captured during a session belong to the client. Foto Compas may not post, share, sell, save, or use client content without permission.

If a Foto Compa uses their own phone, files should be transferred to the client after the session and deleted after confirmation, unless the client gives permission otherwise.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through our website and forms. However, no website, form, email, or online system is 100% secure.

Children

Foto Compa is not intended for children under 18. Clients and Foto Compas must be at least 18 years old, unless a parent or legal guardian is involved and approves the session.
